Matt Stairs hand signed this 8x10 photograph and added the inscription, "08 WSC" in bold silver paint pen at Top Tier's public signing with Matt in May, 2016.  This photo comes complete with Top Tier's tamper-proof hologram meaning it was signed under the direct presence of Top Tier's president.
